Our investment activities and services logically built on our successful businesses in trade and marketing, initially with our own money, but then later also with the capital of our partners, who invest in growing firms with further earnings potential. In the process we are helped on the one hand by our experiences of more than 20 years in the countries and specific markets and on the other by our networks too with their long-standing active market presence, some of which have their own structures on-location.

Our service encompasses the identification of investment aims, the final pre-negotiations with the potential vendors to the point of due diligence, final pricing and the subsequent complete execution of a deal. In the process, in individual cases we revert back to our local legal and banking partners.
